    11/03/2010 – Welcome Back

    Welcome back after such a long time in the wilderness. This is the first report the new Management have been able to publish on the website since our takeover of the Permo-Drive Group of Companies.

    Permo-Drive has now moved to a more permanent location in Carrington Street, Lismore whilst our warehousing facilities are in Goonellabah.

    Our Auditors have just completed the audit. Preparation for our annual report should be completed and available for publication shortly.

    Permo-Drive has a new Chairman. We have been fortunate to secure the services of a very experienced Chairman, Mr Thomas O'Brian a former Chairman of Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants.

    The management have carried out an in depth investigation as to the technology available at this stage and are currently rewriting the Business Plan to reflect a more up to date and realisatic document.

    As a result of this Toll Ipec Transport Company will be testing our demonstrator vehicle from their Lismore Depot to various regional areas. We have also approached other local industries who have expressed interest in testing our RDS System and we are currently customising the product for these industries.

    01/12/2008 – Preliminary Notice of AGM

    We have received a number of calls from shareholders regarding the date of the year end 2008 AGM. Our auditors, have experienced a large number of clients postponing their audits from their original date due to the world financial problems. This has created a bottleneck of companies now trying to finalise audits as quickly as possible in line with ASIC guidelines. Our position is that we have had a preliminary audit and are now waiting on their return to our offices to audit final accounts and reports. Once this has been finalised we will then be able to schedule our AGM. Thank you for your patience in this matter.

    08/10/2008 – New Management for Permo-Drive

    I am writing to inform you that as at 8th August, 2008 Permo-Drive Group of companies has changed management. I wish to share with you a synopsis of the positive steps we have incorporated to move the company forward towards an exciting and prosperous future. Relocation of the Permo-Drive offices and warehouse. This transition is completed. Developing an integrated communications strategy to ensure open channels of communications will ensue between Management and Permo-Drive’s shareholders, stakeholders and constituents. Critical to this process is engaging existing key stakeholders including the Federal Government, Highbury, the US Army and other industry leaders. Modifications to the Permo-Drive Business Plan to incorporate the company’s recent transition and conceptualise the strategies necessary to progress the company’s innovative technology for a sustainable commercial future.
